Refund Policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

This Refund Policy explains the cancellation, billing, and refund terms for paid subscriptions to Figranium Cloud services (including Cloud Mini) operated by Figranium (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Subscriptions and Billing

Figranium Cloud subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through Settings → Account within your Figranium Cloud workspace.

When you cancel:

  • Your access to Cloud features and allocated Compute Units (CU) remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • No further renewal charges will be billed to your payment method.
  • You will not receive a retroactive prorated refund for days remaining in the billing period once the eligibility window described below has passed.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Because Figranium Cloud provisions dedicated cloud browser runners, isolated virtual environments, and compute capacity immediately upon purchase, subscriptions are subject to the following strict refund terms:

  • 48-Hour Grace Window: You may request a full refund within forty-eight (48) hours of your initial subscription purchase.
  • Usage Limit: To qualify for a refund within the 48-hour window, your workspace must have consumed no more than one (1) Compute Unit (CU) in total across all automated task runs and headful browser sessions.
  • Non-Refundable Threshold: If more than 1 CU has been consumed, or if more than 48 hours have elapsed since purchase, fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Renewals: Monthly subscription renewal payments are non-refundable. Please ensure you cancel your subscription before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue service.

4. How to Request a Refund

If your subscription meets the eligibility criteria above:

  1. Reach out to our support team at support@figranium.dev or submit a request via our in-app customer support desk.
  2. Include your registered account email and your Paddle transaction reference ID (starts with 'txn_').
  3. Once eligibility (timestamp and $\le$ 1 CU usage) is verified, our team or automated refund service will issue a full refund directly through Paddle back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been billed in error or did not authorize a charge, please contact us first at support@figranium.dev so we can resolve the issue swiftly. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback may result in permanent suspension of your Figranium Cloud account.
