The Templates screen lets you browse ready-to-use community automations from the official Figranium Templates Hub and import them straight into your workspace. Use a template when you want a working starting point for a common job, such as monitoring a page, collecting leads, or testing a flow, instead of building every action from scratch.

Overview

From the Templates screen you can:
  • Browse templates: Discover automations created by the community, grouped by category.
  • Preview before importing: Read each template’s README and see the output it is expected to produce.
  • Import in one click: Add a template to your workspace as a new task and open it in the editor.
  • Publish templates: Share your own battle-tested workflows with other users through the Hub.

Browse and import a template

Open Templates

Click Templates in the sidebar, or press Alt + 2 (Option + 2 on macOS).

Search, filter, and sort

Type in the Search templates, sites, or use cases… field to match titles, descriptions, creator names, categories, and target URLs. Use the category filter to narrow results to Developer Tools, Lead Gen, Monitoring, Other, QA Testing, Shopping, or Social Media, and sort by Most popular, Newest, or Name. Click Load more templates to see more results.

Preview a template

Click a template card to open its preview. The preview shows the creator, the template’s README, and its expected output. Cards and previews show a verified badge next to verified creators.

Import the template

Click Import on the card or in the preview. Figranium adds the template to your workspace as a new task and opens it in the editor.

Customize

Adjust the imported task to fit your needs, for example by updating selectors, variables, or the target URL.

Start from the dashboard

You can also reach templates from the dashboard:
  • Create Task menu: Open the arrow menu next to the Create Task button and choose Create from a template to go to the Templates screen, or Start from scratch to open a blank task.
  • Featured templates: When your workspace has no tasks yet, the dashboard shows Start with a popular template with the three most popular templates and an option to build your own.
Figranium loads the catalog from the Templates Hub and caches it for 5 minutes. If the Hub can’t be reached and no cached copy is available, the Templates screen shows Templates are unavailable with a Retry button.

Export your task

Use the Export feature in the Task Editor.

Submit to the Hub

Go to the Templates Hub and upload the exported JSON file along with a description and expected output.
Always review imported tasks and their JavaScript blocks before running them against sensitive sites.
Start with a popular template that matches your use case, then customize selectors and variables for your target site rather than building from scratch.
