Before you start
You need:- The base URL of your Figranium instance, such as
http://localhost:11345. - An API key from Settings > API Keys.
- A Task ID for the Task you want to run.
1. Check the server
The health endpoint does not require authentication:200 with a response containing "status": "ok".
2. Authenticate a request
Use thex-api-key header for scripts and server-side integrations:
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY and the key header. If authentication is enabled, protected endpoints require one of these formats.
3. Trigger a Task
Send aPOST request to the Task execution endpoint:
4. Use a completion webhook
For asynchronous integrations, includewebhookUrl instead of waiting for the request response:
POST request after the Task finishes. The callback includes the execution ID, Task ID, status, duration, and result:
5. Inspect the result
Use the execution ID returned by the Task run to fetch execution details:/api/executions/EXECUTION_ID/result.
Next steps
- API Scopes for least-privilege keys and Task restrictions.
- REST API Reference for the complete endpoint reference.
- MCP Integration if an AI client should operate Figranium through MCP.
